By popular demand, Davesté Vineyards will be hosting our second sip and paint event with artist Chrissy Samson. Chrissy provides fun, innovative, and often improvisational acrylic painting instruction for guests with any level of experience.
In this step-by-step class, Chrissy encourages all her students to give it a try, do their best and let go to experience the unlimited fun, creativity and beauty in not only the RESULT of their endeavor, but also in the actual journey of creating their own pieces of art!
Each ticket includes all materials for creating your own full painting, and a glass of wine of your choice.
This event is held rain or shine in our covered pavilion and will be in compliance with social distancing guidelines applicable at date of event. Please dress appropriately for ambient temperatures.

Originally from Maryland, Chrissy has been creating art her entire life. From sketching and drawing, to acrylic and oil painting, she has taught in and around the Lake Norman Area for over 20 years. Creating wall murals for schools, teaching individuals, groups and virtual audiences, Chrissy is specialized in acrylic and oil painting. Recently becoming certified as a CRI (Certified Ross Instructor ®) with the Bob Ross Academy, she teaches the “Joy of Painting” in the Bob Ross oil technique in workshops held throughout the area.
